Something Wild is the largest Indigenous owned food & beverage company in Australia. We specialise in a range of Indigenous Food and Open Range Game meats as well as native greens, seasonal fruits, herbs, spice and condiments. We sell direct to restaurants wholesale or through our retail store.
We specialise in green ants and magpie goose as well as kangaroo, open range boar, goat, crocodile, wild and farmed venison, game birds, emu, camel and other exotic game meats.
Something Wild supply’s Indigenous produce to some of Australia’s top restaurants and internationally acclaimed chefs including Noma Australia, Vue de Monde, Orana as well as Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck when it was in Australia. Something Wild also sell these products to the public at their retail outlet in Adelaide.
Our shop is located at the Adelaide Central Market, and is a must-see to experience true Australian outback products right in the heart of Adelaide. We have a huge range of wild game meats for you to cook at home - or visiting from over seas and want something to take home? We have a huge range of dried native herbs, Native jams & our World famous Green Ant Gin!
You can also sit up at our bar and enjoy a gin and tonic and a native grazing plate while chatting to our friendly staff about our products.
