Daniels Chilli Crab


Mud Crab

Garlic, Crushed

Ginger, Grated

Lemon grass

Red onion, Sliced

Capsicum, Chopped

Cherry Tomato, Halved

Fresh chilli, Sliced

Passata

Sweet chilli sauce

Sesame oil

Fish sauce

Palm sugar



  1. Get your wok hot and add olive oil, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Grass & Onion and saute until onion has softened.

  2. Add your capsicum, tomato & Chill and saute for 4-5 mins until everything softens and comes together

  3. Add passata and stir.

  4. Add chilli sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil & palm sugar and stir.

  5. Crack crab shell and put into wok - simmer for 7-8 mins until thickened.

  6. Serve with your choice of pasta or rice - ENJOY!
