KANGAROO BURGER - THE HEALTHY BURGER!

Ingredients
500g Kangaroo Mince
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped Coriander
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Gourmet Lettuce Leaves
Roma Tomatoes
4 Bread Rolls or Burger Buns
Method
Combine mince, onion, garlic and coriander. Season.
Shape mixture into four patties.
Heat oil in pan on high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and cook patties for 5mins each side or until juices are hot and clear.
Fill each roll with salad, Roo patty and serve with bush tomato sauce.
Serves 4
